Little Girls Patchwork Skirt

This is my latest sewing project. I'm so proud of how nicely it turned out. Sewing clothing is still a fairly new venture for me so when a finished product looks how it should and fits I get excited. So does my daughter. ;)

When I first saw the tutorial at Moda Bake Shop I was intimidated but I had this pretty charm pack in Hullabaloo just asking to be made into a pretty skirt, so I dove in. Then I made this cute hair piece to clip onto a headband to match.

  1. This is gorgeous! I am getting back into sewing and just finished a romper for my baby girl. I was astonished when it all turned out and fit her. I'm also making some ruffled diaper covers without a pattern... eek! I might blog about them later, I'm so excited.

    Love this skirt. Great job.
